And here are some things some people have said about her:

Your writing is thoughtful and thought provoking. Getting us to deconstruct the narratives that we’ve all built for ourselves and making us better people. - Felicity Evans, BBC radio and TV presenter

Heather Hogan’s recaps are brilliant. You dream of someone taking the time to digest an emotional response and not going through an episode with some knee-jerk reaction. I read them religiously because she has a mighty understanding of story-telling. - Ed HimeSkins writer

I am an addict for you! I am absolutely going nuts trying to find your writing of the moment!  - Jacob Clifton, Television Without Pity writer

You are a miserable hack and will die alone. - AfterEllen.com reader

    - Lindsey Shaw, Pretty Little Liars

I bow down and worship, frequently even sacrificing small animals, at the altar of Heather Hogan’s sense of humor and Photoshop skills. - Brent Hartinger, editor of TheTorchOnline.com

I actually have to confess I love Heather’s Pretty Little Liars recaps. I read them like every week religiously. She’s hilarious! - Bianca Lawson, actress (Save the Last Dance, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Pretty Little Liars)

If I could wave my magic wand and make Heather Hogan a gay man who could then write for me, and only me, full time forever and ever, I wouldn’t hesitate for a nanosecond. - Michael Jensen, editor of AfterElton.com

    - Troian Bellisario, Pretty Little Liars

Where do we even begin with describing the marvelous Heather Hogan, senior editor at AfterEllen.com and author of the best Pretty Little Liars recaps around? … [She created] the hottest weekly hashtag the internet has ever seen! - Theo, Alloy Entertainment

Can you make your “about me” section a little more [self]-indulgent, please! - Anonymous Tumblr user
